Located on Manhattan's new High Line Park, Equity's building needed a strong name and image. I presented a variety of name options and then upon approval of the name Ten23, I created a logo to re-enforce the relationship of the building to the High Line. Ten23 was the first Apartment building with dirrect access to the park.
